Lmwea'mweqAchtuba (mwegin russo А́хтубаmwew?; in mwfatataro: Ак-тюбе, mwfqAk-tjube) è un fiume della mwfgRussia europea mwfwmeridionale, mwgabraccio deltizio del mwgqVolga, che scorre nella regione pianeggiante dell'mwggoblast' di Volgograd, bagnando la cittadina di mwgwVolžskij e nell'mwhaoblast' di Astrachan'. Altre città che sorgono vicino a questo fiume sono mwhqLeninsk, mwhgZnamensk, mwhwAchtubinsk e mwiaCharabali (a circa 5mwiq km dal fiume).
L'Achtuba è lungo 537mwiw km ed ha una portata d'acqua di 153 metri cubi al secondo.cite-ref-1[1] Il letto del fiume è largo 200 metri, in alcuni punti anche 300 metri, ma in altri la larghezza non supera i 50 metri. A nord-est di mwkaAstrachan', presso mwkqKrasnyj Jar si unisce al mwkgBuzan, uno dei maggiori rami del delta del Volga, a 67mwkw km dalla foce.cite-ref-textual-2-0[2]
L'area tra il mwmqVolga e il fiume Achtuba è conosciuta come pianura di Volga-Achtuba (Волго-Ахтубинская пойма), ed in questa zona sono presenti le maggiori coltivazioni di angurie del paese.
